OECD estimated a GDP growth of 6% (but that was based on 2017/18 figures); spending inflated because NZ included GST and no other countries do. Therefore OECD estimated health funding at 11% of GDP on health. These figures are wrong; health spending is actually approx 8% of GDP. Meaning approx $1bn short p
